About this gift card

Bikanervala, a name synonymous today with Indian sweets and snacks, traces its humble beginnings to 1905. The operations started out as a small, sweet shop - Bikaner Namkeen Bhandar in Bikaner's old city area of Kote Gate by Shri Lal Chand Agarwal. The shop initially sold a few sweets and namkeen tuned to tastes of Bikaneris. There it found acceptance and the shop prospered.Having prospered and created a name for itself in Bikaner’s old city area and neighbouring parts of the city, two brothers from the family set out in 1905, to write another chapter in Bikaner Namkeen Bhandar's story. The two brother’s setup shop in Delhi's Chandini Chowk and started selling sweets and namkeen. Using their family recipes which were handed down generation after generation to them, the culinary experience was something the capital had not witnessed before.Today, Bikanervala has more than 100+ outlets in India and has presence outside of India in countries like USA, New Zealand, Singapore, Nepal, and the UAE.

The gift card is not a legal tender or replacement of credit / debit card
The validity period of the Gift Cards will be 6 months unless otherwise specified.
This card cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque in any event
The bearer of this card is deemed to be the beneficiary
This Gift Card is valid across all Bikanervala offline retail outlets only and not at online store –www.bikanervala.com
The Electronic Gift Card must be redeemed in full in one single invoice, NO PARTIAL REDEMPTION IS ALLOWED
Physical gift cards can be redeemed multiple time and minimum redemption amount cannot be less than ₹ 100
1 Gift Card can be redeemed against a single Invoice in case of redemption at the store
No replacement or compensation is permissible for lost or mutilated or defaced Gift Card
Rights to amend these terms are reserved with Bikanervala without any prior notice
All disputes should be referred to Bikanervala customer support and the decision of the company shall be final
All redemption related issues customer needs to get in touch with Bikanervala customer care only
Gift card usage subject to force majeure conditions
All disputes must be referred to New Delhi jurisdiction exclusively
E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 - 48 hours.
